Cash on delivery and online payment via credit or debit card are permissible.
Never accept pressed or opened parcels. If your package or product is damaged, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@100percent.pk or 0300-8296101. You can also message us on Instagram. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.
We ship nationwide – Pakistan.
Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after the order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, it may be due to your order being placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and require 3-5 business days for delivery.
Standard delivery charges across Pakistan are Rs. 200/order.
